My sister came over today and I had told her that I felt like a lot of the violence from my neighborhood seems to have stopped. Last summer was a very violent and scary summer around here and I thought we had finally worked our way past it.
Of coarse tonight I get woken up at 2:30 am by gunshots right outside. Now I can’t sleep. This is what I don’t miss about summer.
